Herbal garden

The herbal garden of the Institute is spread out over a large area of land where 260 rare species of medicinal plants are grown.

A part of the herbal garden has been earmarked exclusively for growing herbs required for the research division of the hospital. The hospital has an organized pharmacy department.

The herbal garden is very useful for students of all professionals, especially for the 2nd Professional BAMS students who have Dravya guna Vijnana as a prime subject. The Department of Dravya guna Vijnana has a prime role in the conception and maintenance of the garden
